On the top floor, Alba’s rooftop deck and lounge offer a shared space to take in sweeping views of the North Shore mountains and downtown Vancouver. Designed for both quiet mornings and social evenings, the rooftop invites residents to gather, unwind, and enjoy a sense of openness and retreat above the city. Thoughtfully designed planting beds add greenery and connection to the space, while barbeques and a dedicated children’s play area create room for families to spend time outdoors together. An airy wellness studio supports your daily routine with space to move, stretch, and reset. Designed with natural light and simplicity in mind, it offers a calm environment for both focused mat workouts and restorative practices, making it easy to prioritize well-being right from your own home.

The second-floor amenity space at Alba is designed as a flexible extension of your home, welcoming you to gather, unwind, and recharge. Enjoy a communal kitchen, bar seating, and lounge areas for both casual connection and quiet moments, while the adjacent wellness studio offers open space to move freely, whether through yoga, stretching, meditation, or personal fitness routines. Bike Lockers & Storage
Alba is designed to support everyday convenience and active living, with ample secure bike lockers for residents who prefer to move through the city by bike. Additional private storage lockers are available for rent, offering extra space for seasonal items, outdoor gear, and day-to-day essentials. The building features secure fob-controlled access throughout, with floor-specific entry designed to enhance resident privacy and security. Parking stalls are also available with select homes.
